We love hearing from our clients and when we received this message, we knew we wanted to be a part of creating a special moment for this couple.
I hope this message finds your staff members healthy and well. My husband and I got married 4/30/2016 at The Coronado, and Butler’s Pantry catered the event. Given coronavirus limitations, I’m trying to think of a creative way to celebrate our 4th anniversary next week. I saw that you have dinner options with a set menu, but I was wondering if there was any way that a Butler’s Pantry chef would be able to create a “to-go” order of our delicious wedding meal to share and reminisce on the details of our special day. I don’t know if you are even able to accommodate such a request, but I figured it certainly doesn’t hurt to ask. Please let me know.
We we’re delighted to help Catherine with this request. At Butler’s Pantry, we live to provide all our clients, past, present and future with “every reason to celebrate”. We met with our chefs and planned on recreating their dinner from that night into a delicious delivery for two.
On the Menu:
Caprese with farm raised tomato, cucumbers, white balsamic and basil orzo
Filet of Beef Tenderloin with charred onion steak sauce
Stuffed Chicken with sweet peppers, spinach, sundried tomatoes and manchego cheese
Potato Galette and assorted vegetables
We even got to see a few snapshots from the past! Catherine sent us some pictures taken from Arndt Photo & Cinema and cake from McArthur’s Bakery.
