Nicole Jenkins has been with our parent company, Butler’s Pantry, for almost 5 years and truly is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the company and associated venues. She started as a Sales Assistant for Palladium Saint Louis in July 2013 & has since expanded her venue library to also include The Coronado & Joule Saint Louis. She is now the Director of Sales and Catering for the venue team at Butler’s Pantry, so you will likely cross paths with her while planning your Big Day at one of these premier venues! And when you do, you will have a TON of fun getting to know her. Here’s a bit of a head start:
- What drew you to Butler’s Pantry? When I graduated, I knew I wanted to work at a venue where I knew the place inside & out. I wanted the ability to push the envelope, challenge trends & continuously transform a space based on a client’s personality and preferences! I found this at Palladium Saint Louis first, and have since enjoyed the same experience at The Coronado and Joule Saint Louis!
- What is your favorite thing about working for Butler’s Pantry and the venue team? The family dynamic. Even though we are coworkers & may do things or think about things differently, everyone supports each other. We really are a family!
- Favorite event that you have done so far and why. I would have to say it was the 80’s throwback birthday party that was hosted at Palladium Saint Louis a few years back. Talk about transforming the space! It was like taking a time machine back!
- Tell us a fun fact about you! I absolutely love to ride my bike! Please do not confuse this with being athletic or craving exercise, but I see it as an enjoyable form of transportation: to get to the farmers market, swing by the neighborhood ice cream shop or just to get out of the house!
